Production Run
Each production run has its own dashboard with remedial, failed QC products & access to a bay overview, assembly instructions. The bottom tab displays all your cut & edge panels, vinyl pressing panels, drilling components & process times.
Cut & Edge
All cut & edge panels are grouped together in colour order with edging patterns illustrated. This information is also passed to your cutting optimiser to produce programs automatically
Drilling & Post processing
CNC operations such as drilling & routing are performed according to the list with full audit trail. Customer information or specific notes are displayed here to the operator on the shop floor. This is where you will collate all your panels ready for final assembly.
Assembly
Each cabinet has its own unique serial number & own QR Code which the assembler will print off a label from this screen. The simple image displayed illustrates the colour options for each product.
Product Identification
Each product has its own label which has all the customer details & product details from one source.
Weights, volume & dimensions make it very easy for inter transport of products
Iphone Scanners
Use your iPhone, iPod or iPad to scan QR codes for easy traceability. The sequential format requires the scanning to follow sequence to avoid cheating the system.
Bay Overview
Ticket IDs & products can be overviewed in the bay overview. The items will strike through the relevant colour from the scanning process to indicate where about in the WIP it is.
